Quick Adhesive Powder (gypsum adhesive) is a new type decorative material for the adhesion of gypsum products in the decoration, and the product is made of gypsum and supplemented by imported additives. With convenient and quick construction (construction on the spot after adding water and stirring), high bonding strength, quick coagulation (3-5 minutes commonly), the product contains no formaldehyde and benzene, non-toxic and odorless, widely applicable to the bond of all sorts of gesso products, as well as other small area leveling, repair, caulking and hole blocking.

石膏快粘粉使用方法

1. 在粘接前應(yīng)先進(jìn)行欲粘物表面處理，除去浮土，疏松物及各種不利于粘接的物質(zhì);

2. 將需用量的粘粉倒入干凈的容器內(nèi)，加入水迅速調(diào)勻，配比度為粘粉比水=10：6;

3. 將調(diào)好的膠料多處點(diǎn)涂被粘物背面，然后置于預(yù)定位置，用手按壓粘合點(diǎn)，使被粘物穩(wěn)定住，即可松手;

4. 小的石膏線可以用快粘粉將它粘在墻上，但大于15CM以上的石膏線和裝飾品，須在墻上打眼，用快粘粉粘好后，再用螺絲固定好。大的石膏裝飾如歐式雕花，用金屬掛件固定在墻壁上。

Usage of Gypsum Quick Adhesive Powder

1. Before bonding, the surface of the to-be-bonded material should be treated first, and the topsoil, loose matter and various substances that are not conducive to bonding should be removed;

2. Pour the required amount of adhesive powder into a clean container, add water and mix it evenly quickly, with the ratio of adhesive powder to water = 10:6;

3. Apply the prepared adhesive material to the back of the adhesive, and then place it in a predetermined position. Press the adhesive point with your hand to stabilize the adhesive and then release it.

4. Small gypsum line can be bonded to the wall with quick adhesive powder, but more than 15CM gypsum lines and decorations must be perforated on the wall and fixed with screws after bonding with quick adhesive powder. For large gesso decorations like Europe type carves, it is better to use metal hangings to be fixed on the wall.

石膏快粘粉使用注意

1.調(diào)好的粘粉膠料需在幾分鐘內(nèi)完成，否則膠料凝固失效;

2.未用完的快粘粉，請(qǐng)?jiān)o袋口，放于陰涼干燥處保存;

3.粘粉保存期一年，一年后無(wú)凝膠現(xiàn)象，可以繼續(xù)使用。

Cautions for Use of Gypsum Quick Adhesive Powder

1. The mixed adhesive powder should be completed within a few minutes, otherwise the adhesive will be solid and inactive;

2. If the powder is not used up, please tie the bag tightly and store it in a cool and dry place;

3. The adhesive powder can be stored for one year, and can be used again after one year without gel phenomenon.

石膏快粘粉貯存與運(yùn)輸

該產(chǎn)品應(yīng)貯存于通風(fēng)、陰涼、干燥處，嚴(yán)禁受潮。產(chǎn)品貯存為12個(gè)月，超過(guò)貯存期檢驗(yàn)合格仍可繼續(xù)使用。該產(chǎn)品不燃，可按非危險(xiǎn)品運(yùn)輸處理。

Storage and Transportation of Gypsum Quick Adhesive Powder

The product should be stored in a ventilated, cool and dry place. It is forbidden to be affected with damp. The product storage is 12 months, but it continues to be used after inspection up to the standard beyond the storage period. The product is non-toxic, non-flammable and can be transported as non-dangerous goods.
